Approx. 8-12 Months is a standard in the bridal industry. To order most wedding dresses (depending on designer) it can take up to 6-8 months for regular delivery. Keep in mind alterations can take from 2-4 months depending on if we are in busy alterations season and also if your dress requires complicated or custom alterations. Have a smaller timeline? We are specialists in our field and can help you in a shorter time frame just reach out!

Be prepared to start your appointment with a brief chat with your bridal consultant. Your consultant is there to help and guide you through the process and are a fountain of knowledge. Expect they will ask you questions similar to; your budget, style preference, wedding venue (vision for the wedding decor/style), any likes or dislikes (ie,/ sparkle, lace, plain, dramatic, etc.). Not sure? Don't worry your consultant will take the lead and offer different styles to really help you find what you are looking for.  Make sure to communicate along the process it will help us find you more options that you will love! Upon booking your appointment the more information you can provide for us the better so we can prepare and have suggestions ready for you once you arrive at our boutique. 

We suggest bring from 3-4 of your closest friends/family members. We try to centre the experience around the bride and make her the focus not the entourage! Bringing too many people can lead to confusion and loss of the bride's vision. If you would like to bring more than 4 guests, please check in with us to make sure the larger seating area is available for your visit.

Yes we are size inclusive! We believe no matter what size every women deserves to feel beautiful and we have a diverse collection of styles in all sizes. 

Our wedding  gowns range from $1500-$5000 depending on the designer. The average price being around $2000. Looking for something on a budget? Keep in mind there are always "off the rack" or clearance options where a discount can be applied depending on the gown.

Your beautiful self is number 1. Have an open attitude and try to give your full trust to your consultant. Be open to try on styles that maybe you are not sure of on the hanger. We know bodies, we understand how to listen to your needs, wants and the worst thing that can happen is to try on some fun unique gowns that only help you solidify your final decision. We can not stress enough how many times our brides have chosen their dream dress after originally not wanting to even try them on! Nude undergarments are suggested, slippers or thick socks as well are suggested as you will be required to remove your outdoor footwear. (High heels are not necessary) as we provide pedestals to stand on to see how your dress would fit with your hem height being adjusted to your height. High heels often just become a tripping hazard. 

Due to the nature of the bridal business all sales are final. There are no refunds, no store credits and no exchanges due to any circumstances. It's important to be 100% sure it's your gown since our all sales are final policy is strict. Thank you.
